This recipe came from my mother-in-law. It is a staple of our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners - and the only way we can get our kids to eat broccoli.
Our 20-year-old son is spending his first Thanksgiving away from home. He called to get this recipe so that he can make it for his Thanksgiving dinner.

Broccoli and Rice Casserole
SautÃÆÃÆÃâÃâÃÆÃâÃâÃÅ½ 1/2 onion in butter. Melt one small jar Cheese Whiz and one roll of garlic cheese mix* and one can Cream of Mushroom soup
Cook 2 packages of frozen broccoli and drain it Combine all ingredients with 1 1/2 cups cooked rice Add dash of Tabasco and pepper
Bake at 350 until heated
(If you can't find the rolls of garlic cheese mix, substitute another small jar of Cheese Whiz, Salsa Con Queso flavor.)
