As part of Prairie View's commitment to continuous improvement in services, we ask those we serve to indicate the effectiveness of and satisfaction with their treatment at Prairie View. Here is what we have learned:
- More than nine out of 10 patients would recommend
Prairie View to family or friends. - More than four out of five adolescents report they are
coping better after treatment at Prairie View. - Nearly eight out of 10 adults report that their treatment in
the hospital has been helpful in preparing them to resume
their usual roles outside of the home, such as work or school. - More than nine out of 10 adults say they received the help they
needed while in the hospital.
In addition to measuring patient satisfaction, Prairie View measures patients' clinical outcomes such as levels of functioning and severity of symptoms.
