The victim of Sunday morning's fatal accident in Butler County has been identified.
Sheriff Craig Murphy says 19 year old Daniel Persons of Towanda was killed when his vehicle struck a semi on Highway 54 east of El Dorado.
The driver of the semi is from Colorado.
No word on how exactly the two vehicles collided. Investigators are waiting for toxicology reports.
