Deputies in Sedgwick County bust a suspected cock fighting ring.

Animal Control notified the sheriff's department about the suspected ring on Wednesday. When they arrived, deputies say they saw an area where someone appeared to be raising birds for cock fighting.

Authorities removed 93 birds from the site. The sheriff's office says they also collected items they say are involved in cock fighting. These items included what detectives say are performance enhancing drugs.

The case will be presented to the district attorney's office. There's no word if any arrests have been made.
