From the US Attorney to the Kansas Attorney General, Eyewitness News tried to find out what people wearing federal agent shirts were doing at 401 SouthGgreenwood Tuesday afternoon.

That's the address for Dependable Assisted Living, and Dependable Home Care.

Mark Wagner works nearby.

"The parking lot to the east of us, which normally has half a dozen cars, had a full parking lot. Our parking lot was full, there was cars on the street. So I came into the office because I didn't see anything going on."

He continued, "when I left at 9, there was a police officer outside, and I asked him what was going on. He said he was serving a federal search warrant to our neighbors."

That may explain the boxes being taken out of the building.

Others in the area say they saw cars and police here since 7 in the morning.

People wearing federal agent shirts carried out boxes and filled the budget moving truck.

Eyewitness News Reporter Rebecca Gannon spoke with a former employee from Dependable Home Care this afternoon. The employee said this could have something to do with Medicaid, but she wouldn't say anything else.
