8 oz pkg cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
Splash of maraschino cherry juice
1 Jar maraschino cherries
1 Small can crushed pineapple – drained very well
1 tub whip cream
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and cherry juice with an electric mixer until smooth. Add in cherries, pineapple and stir well with a stiff spatula. Fold in whip cream. Let sit for a few hours in the refrigerator, add red food coloring if you want it to be a brighter red.
