Summer Strawberry Sensation

Topping:

1/2 c. brown sugar

1 1/4 cup quick-cook oats

1/4 c. flour

6 tbsp. butter, melted

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Filling:

4 c. chopped strawberries

1 c. blueberries

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp. granulated sugar

1 tbsp. orange juice

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the topping ingredients and mix with a fork or your fingers until the mixture is crumbly.

In another bowl, mix the filling ingredients and pour into an 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle the topping mixture over the filling.

Bake about 40 minutes or until topping is crisp. Let the dish cool for 20 minutes before serving.

Top with ice cream or whipped topping and serve.
