Salina mother arrested in drug bust

July 12, 2010|By Rob Marin | KWCH 12 Eyewitness News

(SALINA, Kan.) — Salina police arrest four people, including a woman they say brought her 16-year-old son along to buy marijuana.

Police say they'd gotten tips and complaints from neighbors. Authorities spent two weeks watching a house before getting a search warrant.

Police say they recovered a half-pound of marijuana that was packaged to sell, and $1,300 dollars in suspected drug money.

Investigators say three of the four that were arrested lived at the home.
