(WICHITA, Kan.) —
Kirby's Beer Store in Wichita has been named one of America's Best Dive Bars by Playboy Magazine. The mag recently published a coast-to-coast look at the country's best drinking establishments in the August 2010 issue.
Playboy's best bars include watering holes in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, and other big cities. A bar in Kansas City, MO, called The Mutual Musicians Foundation made the list also.
Playboy Magazine also ranked America's best dive bars and late-night eats. Those lists were also dominated by bars from big cities; the exception being Kirby's Beer Store in Wichita.
