(SEDGWICK CO., Kan.) — Authorities release the name of the man killed in a weekend tractor accident.
Sheriff's investigators say 62-year old Joseph Winter was driving the tractor when he hit a culvert and flipped it.
The tractor landed ontop of him.
Someone driving in the area heard the crash and called 911.
Winter died at the scene.
Investigators rule it as an accident.

One person is dead after a farming accident in rural Sedgwick County near Colwich. The accident happened around 7:30 p.m. Sunday near 215th West and 61st Street North.
Authorities say the accident involved a tractor. It appears a 62-year old man was driving the tractor on a gravel road, when he lost control and it flipped. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
