(WICHITA, Kan.) — Emergency crews respond to what they thought may be a fire at the Robert Dole VA hospital on East Kellogg in Wichita.

Smoke tripped the building's alarm system prompting the response.  After a long search, crews were able to determine that the smoke came from some duct work between two floors. A hospital spokesperson said the smoke likely came from a fan.

30 people had to be evacuated or moved to other parts of the hospital while crews investigated. But, no one was hurt.
