(WICHITA, Kan.) — Wichita police investigate an accident at 9th and Hillside. A moped and a car were involved.
Officers say the person on the moped is seriously hurt.
The victim is a 20-year-old male.
Officials had to shut down the intersection while the accident was cleared.
