(GREAT BEND, Kan.) — A motion is filed to keep a man accused of killing a Great Bend teen from contacting his girlfriend. Adam Longoria is charged in the death of Alicia DeBolt.
The motion, filed Tuesday, states that Longoria is to have no contact with Eva Brown, who is a witness in the case. It also states he cannot have contact with another person, Jeff Brown.
During Longoria's preliminary hearing, Eva Brown said how she was still in contact with Longoria and he asked her to marry him since he’s been arrested. She said no, but the future of their relationship depends on what happens with the trial.
Longoria was bound over for trial.
