(WICHITA, Kan.) — A 37 year old man attacks his wife after she says no to his request to commit adultery.
The incident happened shortly after 12:00am on Saturday, on the 700 block of S. Eastridge Street.
The 29 year old victim told Wichita Police her husband asked her if he could have sex with her friend. The victim said no.
That's when the 37 year old suspect attacked his wife, chasing her and a 2 year old girl into the kitchen, and stabbed at them with a knife. No one was hurt.
The husband also broke the victim's cell phone, and hid it from her.
Police arrested the man, and was later booked into Sedgwick County Jail on suspicion of two counts of aggravated assault, and a count each of battery & criminal damage to property.
