Police: no foul play in unattended death

(WICHITA, Kan.) —

Wichita police say they do not suspect foul play in an unattended death Tuesday.

Tuesday a man's body was found at the Remington Apartments near 37th St. N. and Rock Rd.

Police say a staff member at the complex found the body after a call from a family member who was not able to reach the man.

Wednesday police say, after looking into the death, they do not suspect any foul play.

Wichita police are investigating what they call a suspicious death.

The body of a man around 40 years old was found in his Northeast Wichita apartment Tuesday afternoon, after family members were not able to reach him.

Police say a staff member at Remington Apartments found the body after a call from a family member who was not able to reach the man.

Police have not told us why they think the death is suspicious.
