(WICHITA, Kan.) — An overturned cement truck is blocking traffic in northeast Wichita. A Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor says the truck overturned on 45th St. North between Hillside and Hydraulic over the noon hour and police are stopping all eastbound traffic in the area.
A 63-year-old man was knocked out for more than five minutes and was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
