(WICHITA, Kan.) — The Emergency Accident Report Plan or EARP is in effect for the city of Wichita.
If you are in an accident and no one is hurt, no drugs or alcohol is suspected, and the vehicles are driveable then exchange information and do not call 911.
Within 24-hours, fill out and turn in an accident reporting form. You can find them at any Wichita police substation or QuikTrip.
