(WICHITA, Kan.) — An argument turns violent, leaving a Wichita man in the hospital. It happened 10:30 Saturday morning, in the 2000 block W. Irving.
Police arriving on the scene found the 42 year victim with a single gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was rushed to Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in critical condition. He has since been upgraded to fair condition.
Officers found the suspect hiding in a shed 2 blocks away.
Investigators say the victim and suspect had an argument before the shooting.
