(WICHITA, Kan.) — Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident near Volutsia and Mossman in northeast Wichita.
Paramedics took a two-year-old to Wesley Medical Center in critical condition. The hospital is just a few blocks from the scene of the crash.
Authorities say the child was hit by a car just after six o'clock Friday night.
As of Saturday night the child still remains in critical condition.
