(WICHITA, Kan.) — Two men face felony charges after the crash on West Kellogg last month that killed a 5-year-old girl.
Amber Randolph of Clearwater died after the car she was in was hit by a pickup that flew over a concrete barrier. The crash happened near the Seneca St. exit on February 12.
Ronald Bevan, 29, is charged with second-degree murder and reckless aggravated battery. A 26-year-old man is charged with involuntary manslaughter, reckless aggravated battery and driving on a suspended license. The second suspect's name has not been released.
