(WICHITA, Kan.) — Update: Authorities say the man injured in this incident was not hurt by the crash, rather he suffered from a medical condition.
The 27-year-old was rushed to the hospital in serious condition for treatment.

A rollover accident in east Wichita leaves one man in critical condition.
It happened shortly before 10 o'clock Tuesday morning near the intersection of Central and 143rd Street North.
911 dispatchers tell Eyewitness News the man, in his early 20s, was taken to the hospital with head injuries.
He was the only victim involved in the crash.
