(WICHITA, Kan.) — A Wichita Police officer pleads not guilty to a pair of sex crimes. Joseph McGill was in court Wednesday and waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
He's accused of aggravated sexual battery and sexual battery.
Police say McGill was involved in two separate incidents with citizens while on duty and in uniform.
Investigators say one case happened last november and another happened last month.
