(WICHITA, Kan.) — Closing arguments are set for Monday, for a man charged with killing a 13-year-old Wichita boy.
Eli Betancourt is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Miguel Andrade last summer. Andrade was killed when shots were fired through the front door of his home.
Prosecutors say the goal was revenge... but the shooters picked the wrong house.
Four people are charged in the crime. One took a plea deal to testify against the others.
That includes Betancourt's brother, Alejandro, who was found guilty of first degree murder earlier this month.
