Storm Team 12: Terrific Tuesday

May 03, 2011|By Meteorologist Mark Larson | Storm Team 12

Some passing sprinkles are possible off to the northeast of Wichita otherwise plentiful sunshine is forecast.  A nice mild finish to the day is forecast with afternoon highs back into the lower 70s over the Kansas.

Even warmer temperatures and stronger winds are expected Wednesday ahead of the next cold front to move through our region. The fire danger will be high and there will not be any moisture until Wednesday night and even those rain chances appear pretty slim and are limited northern Kansas near the Nebraska line.
