(WICHITA, Kan.) — Wichita will be one of the stops for Governor Sam Brownback (R) as he unveils the next round of major Kansas highway projects. Other stops include McPherson, Dodge City, Fort Scott and Kansas City.
Details of the trip will be released next week. Kansas lawmakers approved the state's newest 10-year transportation program in 2010.
The 8-point-two billion dollar program is designed to provide the next generation of construction and maintenance projects across the state.
