(SEDGWICK COUNTY, Kan.) — Mom is well, the babies are healthy. Tanganyika Wildlife Park is celebrating the birth of two white tiger cubs.
The cubs were born May 1, but the wildlife park doesn't know the sex of the cubs just yet.
The cubs are on display in Tanganyika's animal nursery.
The park hoped to keep them with their mother, but says it had to pull them.
Their proud parents are on exhibit.
Tanganyika says white tigers are not a separate tiger subspecies, they're a genetic variant of orange tigers.
