A front will stall out over southcentral Kansas tonight and provide a chance for scattered showers and storms by early Monday morning around the Wichita area. The morning storms will be capable of large hail.
Monday afternoon will bring another chance for showers and storms to the area, with the greatest risk for severe storms expected to be over the southern half of the state. Storms will be capable of hail, wind, and a few tornadoes as the day progresses. The front will slowly lift north Monday night and could lead to more rain and storms around the area.
The weather still looks unsettled for Tuesday with scattered afternoon storms and there will once again be the possibility of severe weather over the area.
