(WICHITA, Kan.) — Wichita police announced they will be running a DUI check lane late Thursday night from 11 P.M. to 2 A.M. The location of the police stops will be released at a later time.
Police say drivers should be prepared to present their driver’s license and proof of insurance. Law enforcement officials will pull motorists into another lane if drivers cannot produce these items or who are suspected of driving under the influence.
Officers will also be checking for other traffic infractions and seatbelt usage.
