Wingnuts finish up homestand tonight

{WICHITA, Kan.} — The Wichita Wingnuts finish up their homestand tonight with a final game against the Shreveport-Bossier Captains.  The Wingnuts hold a 2-1 advantage in the series after a 5-0 victory last night.

In his first start since returning to the Wingnuts, pitcher Derek Blacksher went 8 innings giving up just 2 hits, 3 walks and striking out 6.  Juan Richardson and Josh Workman both hit home-runs for Wichita.  Richardson finished 2-4 with 3 RBI.

Junior Guerra will get the start tonight for Wichita.  Game time is set for 7:05 at Lawrence Dumont Stadium.
