Bret Davis, the man accused of hitting James Miser in a car accident, was charged Monday with involuntary manslaughter while DUI and driving while suspended.
The accident took place at 47th street south and K-15 highway on June 15th. Miser was critically injured in the crash and died two days later.
Davis’ preliminary hearing is set for August 15, 2011.
