Accident ties up traffic on Kellogg in Wichita

(WICHITA, Kan.) — Police say an accident has tied up traffic on Kellogg  in Wichita. No one was injured in the accident but parts of Kellogg are closed. Only the south lane on westbound Kellogg is open at this time.
