(WICHITA, Kan.) — Two teens are seriously injured in an overnight accident in east Wichita.
Just before 3am Sunday officers were called to Douglas and Edgemoor. They found a vehicle that had three teens inside. The vehicle that hit theres had left the scene. That vehicle was stopped at Douglas and Woodlawn. The driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Two of the teens were taken to Wesley Hospital in critical condition. They have since been upgraded to serious condition. None of the teens were wearing a seatbelt. The accident is still under investigation.
