(HUTCHINSON, Kan.) — It won't match last year, but Kansas State Fair officials say they're happy with the turnout this year.
Beautiful weather greeted those who came on the last day. Final numbers won't be available for several days but fair manager Denny Stoeklein says this year's roller coaster weather no doubt kept some people away. Still, he says it was a good one.
