(Wichita, Kan.) — One person has died in a rollover accident at I-235 and north Broadway. The crash happened around nine Wednesdsay night.
A Blazer was attempting to pass a pickup when the Blazer crossed the center line for an unknown reason. The Blazer struck the pickup, lost control, turned sideways, and rolled upside down into a ditch.
A man in his mid-50's was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities say he was not wearing his seatbelt. There were no other passengers in the vehicle.
Occupants of the pickup were not injured.
