Two arrested in Emprise Bank robbery

One connected with other holdups

(WICHITA, Kan.) — Update: Wichita police have arrested two people in connection with a robbery at the Emprise Bank in West Wichita Thursday. 

One of the suspects is also connected with three other bank robberies since mid-August.  Police have connected the man to the robbery of the Commerce Bank on S. Broadway in mid-August and the Conway State Bank on W. Kellogg and the Fidelity Savings on E. Harry in September.

Wichita police investigate a bank robbery in west Wichita.

The Emprise Bank branch at 3900 W. Central was robbed around 2:30 Thursday afternoon. They describe the suspect as a white man wearing a blue Boston baseball cap with a red "B" and a dirty white t-shirt.

No arrest has been made.
