(WICHITA, Kan.) — A 20-year-old man has died after crashing his motorcycle into an SUV in northeast Wichita. Wichita police have identified the driver as Christopher Tally.
Police say Tally was riding his motorcycle at around 70 miles per hour on the dotted line along 21st Street and passing in between cars when an SUV pulled out in front of him at Rock Road.
Police say Tally was wearing a helmet, but was not licensed to drive a motorcycle.
No charges are expected against the driver of the SUV.Tally is 21st traffic fatality in Wichita this year. The sixth involving a motorcycle.

The crash happened just before seven o'clock Monday night. Eyewitnesses say the motorcycle crashed into an SUV as the vehicle was pulling onto 21st.
No one in the SUV was hurt. The rider was wearing a helmet. Paramedics took him to the hospital in critical condition.
