(SALINA, Kan.) — A Salina man and his son are in custody - accused of stealing air conditioner units and selling the parts.
According to our news partners at the Salina Journal, the men stole units worth about $40 from two businesses and sold them to other businesses for scrap metal.
Police say the men also took two electric motors worth $500 then sold the items to another company.
No word on what charges will be filed.
