(WICHITA, Kan.) — As the holidays approach, Inter-Faith Ministries says the need is growing. The organization kicked off its Operation Holiday campaign Wednesday.
This year, Operation Holiday expects to help more than 12,000 people stay warm and fed during the winter holidays.
Organizers want people to donate as much as they can. Here are ways you can help:
- Donate food, cash, warm coats-especially children’s sizes
- Donate gloves, scarves
- Organize a donation drive - Join our challenge program
- Be an escort at distribution
- Pick-up donated items
- Offer translation services
