Wichita Thunder owners sue previous owners over sale

(WICHITA, Kan.) — The current owners of the Wichita Thunder filed a lawsuit against the former owners of the team last week in Sedgwick County Court.

The lawsuit alleges that the former owners, WIHO LLC and Jeffrey Lund, hid important financial information from Steven Brothers Sports Management during the deal.

According to court documents, WIHO and Lund hired people to erase files from the computers pertaining to the financial situation of the hockey team.
