T-shirt controversy leads to nationwide sales

(WICHITA, Kan.) —
A plan to raise awareness and money for breast cancer causes hit a bump in Arizona.

Cheerleaders at Gilbert High School wanted to wear pink t-shirts with the slogan "Feel for lumps, save your bumps," to Friday's game.  They planned to ask the crowd for donations.
 
But the school principal stepped in, saying the administration wasn't against awareness or initiatives by the students, but wanted to make sure they were within appropriate boundaries of a school setting. He said the slogan on the t-shirt was not.

The story made headlines across the country.  Now the cheerleader sponsor told USA Today, she'll take orders for the shirts and has set up and email address for requests.   You can contact her at  saveyourbumps@yahoo.com.
