(WICHITA, Kan.) — The city of Wichita is promoting pink!
Today, the signed a proclamation turning the town pink for the day to raise awareness of breast cancer. Five pink fire trucks will roll into town for the day and firefighters will be decked out in pink uniforms.
Turn Wichita Pink Day wraps up this evening outside Century II. The Pink Heals tour will be there from 5:00 - 9:00 on Kennedy Plaza.
Cancer survivors and those whose lives have been affected by cancer can sign the pink fire trucks, which have become a traveling memorial
