(WICHITA, Kan.) —
For the first time ever,the number of women getting paid maternity leave has gone over 50 percent-but when you look deeper into the numbers you see there are still problems.
More women with a college education receive leave, but just 18% of high school dropouts do. Sociologists say those are the women who could benefit most-those who may be living paycheck to paycheck and may have to stop working to care for the child.
