Storm Team 12: Cooling down, staying dry

November 15, 2011|By Meteorologist Mark Larson

As a cold front passes through our winds will become a bit gusty at times this afternoon. We can expect mostly sunny skies and afternoon highs in the lower 60s in northwestern Kansas and upper 60s around Wichita.

Lighter winds and even cooler temperatures will be found around our area Wednesday with highs in the 50s and plenty of sunshine.

Milder weather will quickly return by week's along end with no rain in sight for now.
