(WICHITA, Kan.) — Cabela's is now accepting applications for its Wichita store. The store at K-96 and Greenwich is expected to open in the spring. Cabela's will hire about 175 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees.

“The application process is open and we are in the process of scheduling interviews,” said Nathan Sukraw, general manager of the new store. “We are looking for outdoor enthusiasts with knowledge of hunting, fishing, camping and other outdoor sports, as well as cashiers, sales specialists, people for our receiving department, essentially all departments.”
Cabela's plans to interview applicants December 12-16th. Those hired will begin working in February.
