(WICHITA, Kan.) — Police tell Eyewitness News that vehicular homicide charges could be filed in a deadly crash.
Investigators say a 20-year-old man was speeding when he cut unsafely in front of a vehicle driven by Richard Seibel Monday. Seibel died in the hospital two days later.
Police say they haven't yet finished their investigation and they still have to present the case to the district attorney's office.
