(WICHITA, Kan.) — One person is injured in a single vehicle accident Sunday morning.
It happened around 11 o'clock near kellogg and rock road. Officers say the driver was going southbound on Rock Road at a high rate of speed when he jumped the curb, clipped a light pole and struck another vehicle parked at a nearby hotel.
The 30-year-old driver ended up crashing into a concrete barrier. He was taken to a wichita hospital with serious injuries. The accident is still under investigation.
