(WICHITA, Kan.) —
You can get healthier just by watching an hour of Eyewitness News each day. The catch is, you have to get up and walk in place during the commercial breaks.
Researchers at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville studied two dozen people watching t-v and monitored the calories they burned during the hour. Some did nothing but watch, others walked in place or on a treadmill.
