What do you want at the end?

If something happens to you today- do your loved ones know what you would want?  Judging from a survey of California residents, most of us don't tell others our end of life plans.
Most questioned would like to spend their final days at home, but most don't.  And while we think it's a good idea to write out a final plan, most don't.   It's an article worth reading, and then writing down, or telling someone your what you want.  Read it now here.
