Osborne man dies in Rooks County motorcycle crash

(STOCKTON, Kan.) — An Osborne man dies after a motorcycle accident Thursday in Rooks County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says 51-year-old David Devin Saurwein driving his Harley on U.S. 183 south of Stockton around 5:00 Thursday afternoon. Investigators say Saurwein lost control and hit a guardrail on a bridge.

Saurwein was taken to a Rooks County hospital where he died. No one else was involved in the accident.
