(WICHITA, Kan.) — Residents in Oaklawn are just now starting to understand how much devestation Saturday's tornado left behind.
A street sign with a makeshift stand marks Hemlock Street, a street filled with people starting the cleaning process. “Day by day cleaning up, get in order,” says Rhonda Davenport whose home was hit by the tornado.

Davenport and her husband were inside their house when the tornado hit. “The whole house was just shuttering…things hitting everywhere…so loud deafening in the house,” said Davenport.
When they stepped out the next day, they found chaos. “I didn’t know where to start,” said Davenport.
Trees down, gardens ruined, and debris everywhere. Now the cleaning begins with family and friends to make it a little easier.
